Digital Readiness Public Survey

The Ministry of Information Communication Technologies (ICTs), Utilities and Energy is collaborating with The United Nations Multi-Country Office for Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean to produce a Digital Transformation Framework for Antigua and Barbuda.

Digital Transformation is the activity of using technology to drive fundamental change, which leads to economic development. The digitalization of public services will benefit citizens, residents and visitors alike with increased participation and efficiency, accountability, and transparency and, therefore will increase economic growth and overall public sector modernization.

This vision to transform Antigua and Barbuda into a digital economy is being spearheaded and endorsed by our Honourable Prime Minister, Gaston Browne.

The project includes a Digital Readiness Public Survey. This short survey is an important exercise in an effort to ensure that all Antiguans and Barbudans are aware of, included in, and have access to sharing their perspectives and experiences of the digital landscape. Their contribution is key to the overall objective of preparing the framework for Antigua and Barbuda’s Digital Transformation.
