Chinese Agricultural experts continue to train farms in hands-on sessions

The Education and Training component of the Agricultural Technology Cooperation Project between China and Antigua and Barbuda is on a roll, as the Chinese experts continue to visit farms across the island to share techniques in an effort to help farmers do bigger and better business.

Their latest stop was in the South East District in Bethesda a few days ago. They are expected to continue visit to a number of other farms this week.

Senior Extension Officer in the Ministry of Agriculture, Owolabi Elabanjo said that the visits are going well and the farmers are very excited about this venture.

He said that the Chinese too are very impressed with the work being done by our local farmers during the visits to their farms.
