{"id":9288,"date":"2024-04-21T22:59:52","date_gmt":"2024-04-21T22:59:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agriculture.gov.ag\/?p=9288"},"modified":"2024-04-22T14:20:22","modified_gmt":"2024-04-22T14:20:22","slug":"earth-day-2024","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agriculture.gov.ag\/index.php\/2024\/04\/21\/earth-day-2024\/","title":{"rendered":"EARTH DAY 2024"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>EARTH DAY\u00a0 \u00a0 <\/strong>by Carol-Faye Bynoe-George<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/agriculture.gov.ag\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Picture1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-9289\" src=\"https:\/\/agriculture.gov.ag\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Picture1-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"240\" height=\"240\" \/><\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>This symbolic day began fifty-four (54) years ago, meaning that the first &#8220;<em><strong>Earth Day<\/strong><\/em>&#8221; was in 1970.\u00a0 \u00a0Additionally, many mobilized Americans created an environmental movement called EARTHDAY.ORG.\u00a0 Since then to present time, billions of activists spanning from countries worldwide are on the quest of saving our home, planet <strong><em>EARTH<\/em><\/strong> from ultimate annihilation.<\/p>\n<p>One of the many plights that our endangered Earth faces is the manufacturing of <strong>PLASTICS. <\/strong>This year, Earthday.
