Formation of the Caribbean Soil Support Group and the Coordinating Body for the Partnership Initiative for Sustainable Land Management (PISLM) project. Dr. Linroy Christian is the focal point for Antigua and Barbuda on this project. The Department of Analytical Services will spearhead testing of soils as part of this regional program.
