Mr. Hartwell Campbell, developer of the system, chaired the session with full participation from attendees.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0In attendance were IT Officers from the Statistics and Research and the IT Division, along with Extension Officers, Livestock Officers, and other colleagues all attached to the Ministry of Agriculture. During the session, Mr. Campbell emphasized the importance of recording data correctly into the system to ensure clean and accurate records. Participants also received hands on training, learning how to operate the system to improve efficiency in capturing and managing farmers\u2019 information.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the practical training, valuable feedback was shared by participants on ways to adjust and refine the platform, so it better suits the needs of the Antigua and Barbuda market.<\/p>\n<p>The Antigua and Barbuda Farmers Information System is expected to strengthen the agricultural sector by supporting accurate data collection, improving decision-making, and ensuring that farmers\u2019 realities are properly represented.
